Performance Contracting Department

The Performance Contracting department is responsible for institutional performance management, ensuring that Riragia Technical College operates efficiently and effectively. We work to align our institutional goals with national development agendas and the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Education.

Our key functions include:

• Target Setting: We facilitate the development of annual performance targets for all departments and staff.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: We continuously monitor progress against set targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Reporting: We prepare and submit performance reports to the college management and relevant government bodies, including TVET Authority (TVETA).
• Quality Service Delivery: Our goal is to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to ensure we deliver high-quality training and services to our trainees.
