1 Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Visit the HEF Website: Navigate to the official HEF student portal to begin your application. Click here to go to HEF.co.ke
2. Create an Account: If you are a new applicant, create a new student account using your National ID number and KCSE Index number. An active email address is required.
3. Log In: Use your newly created credentials to log in to the student portal.
4. Fill the Application Form: Carefully fill in all the required details. Ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and matches your academic documents.
5. Upload Required Documents: Scan and upload all necessary documents as specified in the application form. These typically include a scanned copy of your National ID, KCPE/KCSE certificates, and other supporting documents.
6. Review and Submit: Before submitting, review your application to correct any errors. Once you are sure everything is correct, click the "Submit" button.
7. Print and Present: Print the completed application form and submit it to the relevant office at Riragia Technical College for verification and endorsement.
